Regulation of pump truck pressure regulation

1. Purpose: to guide the pressure regulation of pump truck's pumping, reversing, mixing and water washing hydraulic system

2 future, application scope: all models of pump trucks

3. Adjustment steps:

3.1 "prepare" and "start" according to the requirements of "pump truck commissioning process specification"

3.2 check whether the software calibration or calibration function is used before the main overflow valve and auxiliary valve block on the main valve block have problems; Loosen all the adjusting screws of the overflow valve

3.3 all pressure adjustments are carried out in the near control state

3.4 adjust the reversing pressure and continue to clean the section:

3.4.1 adjust the engine speed to 1750 ± 100RPM and then jog to hold the pressure

3.4.2 observe the reversing pressure gauge, slowly tighten the reversing overflow valve adjusting screw on the auxiliary valve block, lock the adjusting rod after the reversing pressure of the ordinary pump truck is set at 16MPa, and the pump truck with boom vibration reduction should be adjusted to 18Mpa

3.4.3 reduce the engine speed to idle speed and observe the reversing pressure gauge. It is required that the maximum pressure should reach 13Mpa and the minimum pressure should not fall to zero (i.e. fall below the air pressure of the accumulator); If the requirements are not met, the machine must be shut down to find out the cause

3.5 mixing pressure adjustment:

3.5.1 adjust the engine speed to 1750 ± 100RPM, and close the inlet ball valve of the mixing motor. At this time, the mixing pressure gauge shows the pressure of the mixing system

3.5.2 check the set pressure of the mixing reverse pressure relay: slowly tighten the adjusting screw of the mixing pressure overflow valve on the auxiliary valve block, and adjust the mixing pressure to about 11.2MPa. At this time, the mixing blade should have a reverse trend (or the mixing reverse solenoid valve should be powered). If it does not meet the requirements, adjust the pressure of the mixing reverse pressure relay to make it meet the requirements

3.5.3 unplug the mixing reverse solenoid valve and set the mixing pressure at 12MPa

3.5.4 open the inlet ball valve of the mixing motor and install the plug of the mixing reverse solenoid valve

3.6 water washing pressure regulation:

3.6.1 according to the requirements of the "pump truck commissioning process specification", add oil of corresponding capacity to the shell of the feed pump and adjust the water washing pressure after exhausting the pump motor

3.6.2 adjust the engine speed to 1750rpm, close the inlet ball valve of the water pump motor, and press the water washing switch button. At this time, the mixing pressure gauge shows the pressure of the water pump motor

3.6.3 observe the mixing pressure gauge, slowly tighten the adjusting screw of the pressure relief valve of the water pump motor on the auxiliary valve block, set the pressure of the water pump motor at 4MPa (ql-80 type, centrifugal water pump) and 8Mpa (7560c type), and then lock the adjusting rod

3.7 adjustment of the overflow pressure of the pumping main overflow valve and the pressure of the main oil pump:

3.7.1 the pressure of the main overflow valve and the main oil pump can be adjusted only after the reversing pressure is adjusted

3.7.2 tighten the pressure regulating rod D on the main oil pump (see the attached figure)

3.7.3 adjust the engine speed to 1750 ± 100RPM, press the inching back button, observe the main system pressure gauge, slowly tighten the adjusting screw of the main overflow valve, set the main system pressure to 34 ± 0.5MPa, and then lock the adjusting rod

3.7.4 for the single main oil pump truck, observe the main system pressure gauge, slowly loosen the pressure regulating rod D on the single main oil pump, set the main system pressure at 32 ± 0.5MPa, and then lock the regulating rod

3.7.5 for the double main oil pump truck, connect the pressure gauges to the two main oil pumps respectively, pull out the plug of the electric proportional valve of the second oil pump, slowly loosen the pressure regulating rod D on the first main oil pump, set the pressure of the main system at 32 ± 0.5MPa, and then lock the regulating rod; Then plug in the electric proportional valve plug of the second oil pump, unplug the electric proportional plug of the first oil pump, slowly and easily handle, slowly loosen the pressure regulating rod D on the second main oil pump, set the main system pressure at 32 ± 0.5MPa, and then lock the regulating rod
